SKULLCANDY RETURNS POLICY

Products purchased from Skullcandy.co.za, one of our retailers, or an authorized third party vendor, may be eligible for refund, exchange, or a Coupon Code within 7 days of the original date of purchase. If your Product is eligible for return, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If your item has been opened or used, return restrictions may apply.

Please contact us in the appropriate region to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions.

If you purchased your Skullcandy product through a certified retailer, please follow their return policy for refunds.

If you believe you have received a defective Product upon arrival, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
