Within our 9 provinces, we offer:STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders will ship with RAM hand-to-handle couriers and your shipment will be fully trackable.

Warranty Orders

If you are ordering with a warranty code, please select the "Free Shipping" method at checkout. Your package will ship with our Standard shipping method.

Shipping Promotions

Orders that qualify for "Free Shipping" will ship with our Standard shipping method.

Order Processing Times

After an order is placed, it can take 2-4 business days to be delivered. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 3pm or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.

Upon receiving your Order Shipped email confirmation and tracking number, you may notice your RAM tracking number is ready for pickup and contains no transit record initially. Note that once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you, tracking details will become available at that time.

After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.
